A medium deep fried flour tortilla stuffed with (your choice of steak, shredded chicken,  eef or vegetarian) fresh tomatoes, our secret ingredients and mozzarella cheese. Covered with feta and fiesta cheese, pico degallo and sour cream on top. Served with rice and salad
